[Mobile Apps] Live Application (Production Environment) Review Criteria and Required Documents

The KOMOJU onboarding review for mobile apps is conducted by submitting PDF documents of your actual app screens. Please enter your app store URL when applying, and later submit your screenshots by replying to an email from our review team.

Important: For mobile apps, the review process is conducted entirely using "image materials in PDF format." We do not accept direct test environments (such as a test app build) for the review.

1. Live Application Form Input Rules

When submitting your Live Application (application for production environment use) from the KOMOJU dashboard, please fill it out exactly as specified below for mobile apps.

  • Store Type: You must select "Online Store".
  • Online Store URL: Please enter the "App Download URL" for the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Required PDF Documents (6 Items in Total)

After you complete and submit your Live Application, the KOMOJU review team will contact you at your registered email address at a later date. Please reply to that email with screenshots that meet the following 6 requirements, saved in PDF format.

  • Screen transitions from the "Top screen to Payment completion": Please include a section where the shop name (app name) can be clearly identified.
  • Where the products/services sold and their prices are displayed: Please provide several images of your product pages.
  • The link location for the Specified Commercial Transactions Act: It must be accessible directly from the app's top page (home screen).
  • An image where all details listed under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act can be checked: Please provide screenshots where the entire text is clearly readable.
  • The location of the inquiry desk (form) link: Please present a screen showing where users can go to make inquiries.
  • An image inside the inquiry desk link: Please present the actual inquiry form screen.

*Please note that you may be asked to provide additional documents by the connecting institutions as the review proceeds.

Next Steps

Once you are ready, please start the application process from «Live Application» on the KOMOJU dashboard. After submitting your application, please wait for an instruction email from the review team.
