KOMOJU Merchant App uses the same enterprise-grade encryption and authentication as the web platform.
If you forget your password
Tap “Forgot password?” on the login screen and follow the instructions in the email to reset it.
Enabling biometric login will allow you to log in without entering your password each time.
Using KOMOJU Merchant App with multiple staff members
For security reasons, we recommend that each staff member has their own login (if supported by your merchant account).
Shared logins are not recommended. To add new staff members, go to the Settings page on the KOMOJU web dashboard.
